Empowered Life Accelerator Programme

My 6 week life accelerator programme was designed following my own experiences of overcoming life challenges.

I understood that I needed to move forward – I wanted to move forward! I knew I was capable of more but I didn’t know where to start.

Investing in myself and my personal development by working with a coach helped me to identify the skills and tools I needed to improve my current situation and I’ve put together the key areas in this programme to provide you with the results you need.

During this one-to-one programme we will focus on the essential core elements of time management and organisation; productivity & efficiency; self-belief & confidence and goals & vision.

You will also have the option to choose from the following modules specific to you and your current circumstances and desired results: branding and social media; business planning & strategy; online media; deeper mindset & manifestation; coaching & leadership.

If you’re ready to step up and be more than you are now – to be braver, feel stronger and more confident, and achieve better balance and success then this programme could be right for you.

I remember when I started to practice gratitude every day I struggled to come up with even 3 things 🙈

I actually thought it was total bull💩and far too ‘woo-woo’ for me! My brain was SO stuck in bad thinking - I didn’t see how being thankful could help 🤔

.
I stuck with it though and now each day starts with a full on gratitude rant... I can’t stop myself!
.
.
My health, home, family, friends, clients, the dog, food, facilities, work, opportunities, the world... 🙌🏻 the list goes on!

It’s all too easy to forget about the small things, to focus on what’s not going right and to get sucked into drama so a few moments of peace every morning helps me to regain some balance and control 🙌🏻
